About the Recipe

Ingredients
3–4 pounds top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes (Top sirloin gives the best results, but chuck roast works too).
1 packet au jus gravy mix (NOTE: HS Creations, LLC will be relasing our own SOON) !
3-4 TBSP of HS Creations, LLC Teary Blend (Onion Mix)
4 TBSP of butter, sliced into pats
1 cup beef broth
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Preparation
Trim and cube steak into 1-inch pieces, removing any gristle or fat.
Place steak cubes into the bottom of your slow cooker.
Sprinkle au jus mix and HS Creations, LLC Teary Blend evenly over the meat.
Place butter pats on top of the steak.
Pour beef broth evenly over all the ingredients.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
No need to marinate—the slow cooking and seasoning pack does the job.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or crusty bread.
Or for a twist add vegetables like onions, bell peppers, or mushrooms for extra flavor
