Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
Al Pastor Blend (Start with 1 TBS, season to taste)
½ cup of salsa
¼ cup of water
1 crescent roll dough sheet
1 ½ cups of Mexican blend cheese
Preparation
Preheat 375 degrees and grease muffin pan
In a skillet brown the ground beef; drain any extra grease
One browned add Al Pastor Blend and salsa and water; cook until most liquid is gone
Make squares of the dough, place flavored meat in the cups; cover with cheese; fold the flaps and bake for 15 minutes
