Ingredients



·       2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces

·       1 TBSP olive oil

·       3 carrots, sliced

·       3 celery stalks, sliced

·       3 potatoes, peeled and cubed

·       4 cups beef broth

·       2 TBSP HS Creations' Feelin' Gravy Blend

·    Salt and black pepper, to taste

·       1 bay leaf

·       1 cup frozen peas

·       Fresh parsley for garnish


Directions


  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides, then remove from the pot and set aside

  • Add onion and garlic to the pot. Sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.

  • Return the beef to the pot. Stir in carrots, celery, and potatoes. Mix in HS Creations' Feelin' Gravy Blend, paprika, white pepper, and bay leaf

  • Pour in beef broth, ensuring the ingredients are covered. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until beef is tender and flavors have melded

  • About 10 minutes before serving, stir in frozen peas. Adjust salt and pepper to taste

  • Remove bay leaf. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
