About the Recipe

Ingredients
· 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
· 1 TBSP olive oil
· 3 carrots, sliced
· 3 celery stalks, sliced
· 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
· 4 cups beef broth
· 2 TBSP HS Creations' Feelin' Gravy Blend
· Salt and black pepper, to taste
· 1 bay leaf
· 1 cup frozen peas
· Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the beef and brown on all sides, then remove from the pot and set aside
Add onion and garlic to the pot. Sauté until fragrant and translucent, about 3 minutes.
Return the beef to the pot. Stir in carrots, celery, and potatoes. Mix in HS Creations' Feelin' Gravy Blend, paprika, white pepper, and bay leaf
Pour in beef broth, ensuring the ingredients are covered. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until beef is tender and flavors have melded
About 10 minutes before serving, stir in frozen peas. Adjust salt and pepper to taste
Remove bay leaf. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
