About the Recipe
Enjoy with toasted bread or a side of fresh fruit. Use the same method for omelets or frittatas—simply adjust ingredient amounts and cooking technique.

Ingredients
· 3 large eggs
· 2 TBSP milk
· 1 TBSP butter or olive oil
· 1/2 tsp HS Creations' Flavor Blast Blend
· 1/4 cup diced onions
· 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach (optional)
· 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
· Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, and whisk until well blended
Heat butter or olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat
Add diced onions and sauté until translucent, about 2 minutes
Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it cook for about 30 seconds without stirring
Sprinkle HS Creations' Flavor Blast Blend evenly over the eggs. Add spinach and cheese if desired
Gently stir and fold the eggs with a spatula until just set and creamy, about 2–3 minutes
Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot for a hearty and savory breakfast
