About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 (5 to 6 lb) bone-in turkey breast
2 TBSP HS Creations' Herbes de Provence
1 TBSP garlic powder or garlic
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 TBSP butter, softened
½ cup chicken broth
Directions
Rinse and pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels
In a small bowl, combine HS Creations' Herbs de Provence, garlic powder, and black pepper. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast
Place the butter in the bottom of a 5–6 quart slow cooker. Place the seasoned turkey breast skin-side up on top of the butter. Pour the chicken broth around the turke
Cover the crock pot with the lid and cook on low for 6–8 hours, or on high for 3–4 hours. The turkey is done when an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 165°F
Carefully remove the turkey and transfer it to a platter
Tent with foil and let it rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving
