Ingredients
· 1 cup sour cream
· 1/2 cup mayonnaise
· 2–3 teaspoons Pappy Allium Blend
· 1/2 teaspoon paprika
· 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
· 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (optional)
· 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
· 1/8 teaspoon white pepper (optional)

Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add the Pappy Allium Blend, paprika, chopped onion, kosher salt, cayenne pepper, and white pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve chilled with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Tip: Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper for your preferred spice level.
