About the Recipe
Perfect meal for a cold night!

Ingredients
2 lbs pork shoulder (or chicken, turkey, or beef), cut into chunks
2 TBSP of HS Creations' Picante Variety Blend
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 TBSP olive oil (optional)
Juice of 1 lime (optional, for brightness)
Directions
(Optional) In a skillet, sear the pork chunks in olive oil for 2-3 minutes per side for extra
flavor
Add the onion, garlic, vegetables, and seared pork to the crockpot
Sprinkle HS Creations' Picante Variety Blend evenly over the ingredients
Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Add lime juice if using
On Low for 7-8 hours or on High for 4-5 hours until the meat is tender
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro. Serve hot
