To prepare Chicken Tikka Masala, begin by marinating chicken pieces in a mixture of yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, and garam masala. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least two hours, which helps infuse the meat with flavor and tenderize it.
Directions
Once marinated, grill the chicken until it is fully cooked and slightly charred on the outside.
For the sauce, create a creamy tomato base by sautéing onion, garlic, and ginger. Season the mixture with garam masala. Add cream and fresh cilantro to finish the sauce, then combine it with the grilled chicken before serving.
