Directions
1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub both sides with olive oil.
3. Generously coat each chicken breast with Southern Spice Blend, pressing lightly so the spices adhere.
4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
5. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the chicken is nicely charred.
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing or serving.
