Ingredients
· 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
· 2 tablespoons Zesty Mottle Blend
· 2 tablespoons olive oil
· 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions
1. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, Zesty Mottle Blend, and honey (if using) to create a marinade.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.
3. Let the chicken marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).
4. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, shaking off excess.
5. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
6. Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley or herbs. Serve with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a crisp salad.
