About the Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 TBSP light olive oil
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 TBSP HS Creations' Cattleman's Blend
Lemon wedges for serving, if you desire
Preparation
In a bowl, add the peeled and deveined shrimp along with the olive oil, lemon juice and Cattleman’s Blend and stir thoroughly.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the seasoned shrimp on skewers, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
Place the skewers on the grill. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque and the internal temperature is 130⁰F. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the size of the shrimp and the heat of your grill.
Alternatively, you can use other cooking methods. For the broiler, preheat your broiler and place the shrimp skewers on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Broil the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked thoroughly. For the skillet, place them in a skillet with a little Pam, and cook away. For a flat top grill, you can use the grill method mentioned above.
Once the shrimp are cooked and have reached the internal temperature of 130⁰F, remove them from the grill, broiler, skillet, or flat top grill and transfer them to a serving platter.
Sprinkle the grilled shrimp with chopped parsley to add a fresh, herbaceous touch.
Serve the zesty shrimp with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus flavor. This tangy seafood seasoning will delight your taste buds with every mouthful.
