Ingredients
2–3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks or wedges
2–3 TBSP butter, cut into small squares
1-2 TBSP HS Creations' Gourd-geous Blend (to taste)
Directions
Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C)
Prep Sweet Potatoes: Peel and chop sweet potatoes into even chunks or wedges. Place them into a cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan
Add Flavor: Dot the sweet potatoes with butter squares, then sprinkle generously with HS Creations' Gourd-geous Blend. Toss lightly to coat
Bake: Place skillet in the oven and bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden on the edges
Serve: Enjoy warm straight from the skillet — perfect as a fall side dish or cozy snack
