Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 TBSP of HS Creations Summer Zen Blend
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
½ tsp kosher salt (optional, depending on your palate’s saltiness)
¼ tsp crushed red pepper (optional for extra heat)
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
Directions
Pat dry and rub with olive oil. Coat evenly with HS Creations, LLC Summer Zen Blend.
Lemon juice and zest. Pour over chicken.
Pour broth around the chicken to keep it moist.
Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is tender and internal temp reaches 165°F.
Spoon juices over chicken and garnish with fresh herbs or lemon slices.
