Crock-Pot Tuscan Pork Loin šæš·
One blend. One Crock-Pot. Dinner done.
I had these gorgeous thick pork loin pieces and thought:
What the hell am I doing with these?
Then I rememberedā¦
Oh, right.
I MAKE SPICE BLENDS.Ā ššæ
Out came HS Creations Tuscan BlendĀ ā and that was the ONLY seasoning I used.
No measuring garlic powder. No hunting for oregano. No salt, pepper and seventeen little jars covering the counter.
ONE. BLEND. DONE.
What Youāll Need
š· Thick pork loin pieces
š„ Baby potatoes
š§ 1 onion, cut into chunks
š Mushrooms
šæ 2ā3 Tbsp HS Creations Tuscan Blend
š„£ About ¾ cup chicken broth
š§ 2 Tbsp butter
Into the Crock-Pot
Place the potatoes, onion and mushrooms on the bottom.
Generously season the pork on all sides with Tuscan BlendĀ and place it on top.
Pour the chicken broth around the sides so you donāt wash that beautiful seasoning off. Dot the pork with butter.
Put the lid on.
AND LEAVE THE POOR THING ALONE.Ā š
Cook
Cook on HIGH for approximately 2ā3 hours, beginning to check around 2 hours.
The clock is only a guide. Check the thickest part of the pork with a meat thermometer.
Once it reaches 145°F, remove it and let it rest for at least 3 minutes before slicing.
If the potatoes need more time, let them keep cooking after you remove the pork.
Why One Blend Works
This is exactly why I create HS Creations blends.
Real ingredients. Real food. Big flavor.
Tuscan does the seasoning for you. No pulling half the spice cabinet apart just to get dinner on the table.
One tin. No guessing. No pulling. No measuring. Just cook.Ā šæ
And remember:
145°F. Not 165°F.
Weāre making pork loin.
Not a Tuscan-seasoned roofing shingle.Ā šš·š šæ
