Who knew a seasoning whose name literally means “seasoning” had so much personality? 😂

This week, we explored HS Creations Sazón Seasoning Blend and discovered that it’s much more than another spice in your pantry.

🌿 The Flavor: Warm, earthy, savory and garlicky. Unlike our bold, chile-forward Al Pastor, Sazón brings flavor without the heat.

🧪 The Ingredients: Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Kosher Salt, Turmeric, Mexican Oregano and Black Pepper. Seven ingredients, perfectly balanced in one convenient tin.

🧈 The Kitchen Experiment: Compound butter! Mix 1–2 teaspoons of Sazón into one stick of softened unsalted butter. Roll, refrigerate and slice onto steak, potatoes, corn or shrimp. Suddenly dinner thinks it’s fancy. 😂
