  • Compound Butter Instructions

    Stir 1 TBSP (or more if preferred) of HS Creations Universal Blend into one stick of room-temperature butter. Transfer onto a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper. Shape the butter into a log, roll it up in the paper, and twist the ends of the paper until taut and the butter is uniform in shape.
    Refrigerate until firm. To use, unwrap the compound butter and slice on top of grilled meats or seafood.
