Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/4 cup Bold Not Salt Blend (No Salt – Bold) (season to taste)
4 hamburger buns*

Preparation
·       Combine turkey, 1 TBSP Bold Not Salt Blend and 1 TBSP water (1 TBSP of Bold Not Salt per ln of meat). Shape into 4 patties. Sprinkle remaining Bold Not Salt Blend on outside of burgers.
·       Grill or broil burgers until done. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato and top with barbecue sauce or ketchup, or ANYTHING you desire!
Tips
*Brush tops of hamburger buns with melted butter or beaten egg and sprinkle with Bold No Salt Blend. Toast until crisp. For extra flavor, use 2 TBSP barbecue sauce or ketchup instead of water.
Also, great on chicken wings, anything chicken, pork or any type of meat, ITS YOUR CHOICE!
